  • 2 oz Aoratos Dry Gin

  • 1 oz fresh lime juice

  • 4-6 oz ginger beer

  • Lime wedge, for garnish

Preparation

In a copper mug filled with ice, add Aoratos Dry Gin and lime juice. Stir well, then top with ginger beer. Garnish with a lime wedge. Enjoy the refreshing and zesty flavours of this Mediterranean twist on a classic Moscow Mule.

Variations

Let’s go for a Gin Gin mule with our favourite Cypriot dry! It is only slightly more involved than the classic version. You’ll have to muddle mint, and then mix it with lime and simple syrup.

Muddle the mint by gently mashing it a few times in the bottom of the glass, using a cocktail muddler or a wooden spoon. Add the gin, lime juice and simple syrup and stir. Add ice and pour in the ginger beer.
